I assume you’re talking about the forearm!
There are almost a dozen separate muscles in the forearm, so I don’t blame you for getting a little lost.
Don’t worry though, I do indeed have some tips for you 🙂The easiest way to look at the forearm is to split it into two big groups like so:
You can definitely study the forearm muscles on your own, but these two segments are pretty much all you’ll ever need.
Please keep in mind that I’m not a professional or anything!
I just took some art classes when I was younger, so these are just a few things I remember or have learned since then!
Anyways, this ‘tutorial’ is just something I made very quickly…and I’m not good at explaining or teaching.
So please don’t take this seriously lol
