There are almost a dozen separate muscles in the forearm, so I don’t blame you for getting a little lost. Don’t worry though, I do indeed have some tips for you 🙂
The easiest way to look at the forearm is to split it into two big groups like so:
You can definitely study the forearm muscles on your own, but these two segments are pretty much all you’ll ever need.
